Rand Wall
A native Texan, Rand R. Wall, CLU, ChFC, RHU earned his BA degree in Business Administration from Baylor University in 1975, his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College in 1980, his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 1984, and his Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation in 2007. Rand is also a licensed Life & Health Insurance Counselor.
Rand began his insurance career in 1975, co-founded Heritage Planning Company in 1981 as an independent insurance broker, and recently re-named his dba Wall 2 Wall Insurance Services. Rand is also a partner in Core Benefit Services, one of the largest employee benefit firms in Texas, with 20+ agent partners.
Rand has earned the Soaring Eagle Award for the past fourteen consecutive years from the Leading Producer’s Round Table (LPRT) of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). The Soaring Eagle award is the highest recognition bestowed upon an individual who has demonstrated professional excellence in the sale of health and disability income insurance. NAHU, founded in 1930, represents health and disability insurance professionals throughout the United States and Canada.
Rand is also a Past President (2003-2004), and Trustee Emeritus (2007), of the Houston Association of Health Underwriters (HAHU), and was Secretary of the Texas Association of Health Underwriters for board year 2005-2006. These professional organizations are chartered by the National Association of Health Underwriters with over 20,000 members.
Rand and his wife, Debbie, have been married for over 40 years and currently live in Sugar Land, Texas. Their older son, Ben, works with the Texas A & M University Foundation office. Their youngest son, Cody, works with Rand and is also a licensed Life & Health Insurance Counselor. Rand is an avid golfer. Rand and Debbie are active members of Houston’s First Baptist Church, where Rand also teaches Sunday School.
